Knox, who had kidney transplants from his parents in 1998 and 2006, clinched silver in the doubles with London's Stuart Smith and bronze in the individual men's competition.
More than 50 transplant athletes took part with the aim of helping to highlight the desperate need for more people to sign on to the organ donor register.
The event is also expected play an important part in the UK team selection process for the World

Knox, who won a silver medal in the men's tennis doubles at last year's World Transplant Games in Thailand, said: "After hearing I had kidney failure at 25 I never thought I would ever have the chance to play tennis, or compete in any sport.
"Every day I remember that I am alive due to my parents' gift."
